Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment using credit and debit cards. PayPal members can also chose to pay with their PayPal account.

New for March 2024 - We are now also accepting Google Pay and Apple Pay.

In the unlikely event that we do not have in stock the items you have ordered online we will contact you to give to give you the option of cancelling your order, choosing an alternative product or waiting for it to become available, as all our stock is imported from Thailand this may take up to 3 weeks.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please do not attempt to purchase knives from this online store unless you are over 18 years of Age. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are confirming that you are aged over 18 years. Payment can only be accepted using PayPal or Debit Credit card for persons aged 18 or over. All of our knife orders are shipping using Royal Mail Age Verification service which includes age verification at the point of delivery and so you may need to provide photo ID if you look younger than 25.
